The do not know how to handle paying customers the right way. This is a sales company NOT A SERVICE COMPANY. DDC performs over 600,000 DNA tests annually. Now I have to call them again to see what other issue came up. I'm still waiting!!!!!!!!!! They are inept.
The last thing they told me was on Jthey sent by mail results. You wait for correspondence from them NOTHING arrives at the time they say will arrive.again I have to call to babysit them into doing their job!!!! Again I get lied to. Even a supervisor doesn't know what she's doing they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. I called so many times and everytime I had to wait for about an hour then when I get someone on the line they act like they know what's going on but they don't!!! Even when they read the history on the case. Then there was another set back they never mailed me anything about it, I found out because I'm on top of our case. They messed up the lab process so it set us back. DNA Diagnostics Center was easy to work with and cooperative and I received the results I was looking for but it took over a week.
Their customer service are inept, they don't communicate among themselves they do not annotate what you tell them.
Terrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These folks all they want is the money.
